AIM Program Description

The motivational speaking industry is famous for getting people excited and revved up in a meeting room, yet somehow the most inspiring of messages seem to gradually or sometimes immediately fade away once we’re no longer within earshot of the speaker or the self-help book is finished and back on the shelf. As a presenter in the industry, Rick feels a very strong obligation to provide whatever tools and resources he can to support sustainable change for the individuals and organizations with whom he works.

The Take AIM Training Program that Rick offers online has been designed to leverage as much benefit from his presentations and his book as possible.

An acronym for Actions of Intelligent Misbehavior, the Take AIM program is available to any owner of Rick's book.

Books may be provided to all attendees at your event at a negotiated group rate, or a book table may separately be set-up at the back of the room to give your meeting guests a chance to sustain and deepen the benefits of Rick's unique message individually.

The Take AIM Training Program picks up where Rick's presentation and book leave off, offering next steps for attendees who wish to further explore Intelligent Misbehavior in practice, and integrate new habits for achieving excellence into their daily lives.

If your organization's management decides to purchase a number of books at a group rate, each guest receiving the book can be automatically added as a participant in the AIM Program. Individuals who purchase books directly on their own will have the opportunity to sign up themselves.

Once signed up, program members will receive one e-mail a week in a 21-week follow-up training. Each lesson has been designed to help participants integrate the 7 actions of Intelligent Misbehavior, one by one, into their daily lives.

Members will be given the opportunity to offer feedback and suggestions and to share innovations and success strategies they have discovered on their own in working with Rick's materials. These contributions will then be incorporated into future versions of the training program.

This ticket to the training program is good for as many rides as a participant may want to take. Each voyage through it will feature new terrain, sights and adventures that are added and updated as nationwide participation in the program grows.

Once a firm contract has been negotiated for Rick's services through the event associate who has referred you to Rick's work, we will work directly with you to discuss the best way to make this program available to your meeting guests.
